It's -30 during my 30 Day Challenge...Good Thing I Have Lots o'Hats

My old beanie to keep me warm!  I haven't worn this in a long time, however I still like it a lot!  And I bought a cute scarf from a craft sale in Edmonton on the weekend that matches perfectly.  I can't remember where I got this, but I think it was at a store in Kensington or maybe a flea market??  It's really old!!  But still keeps my head warm and gives me that boho look! lol

Day Two at The Beadtree!

This hat I have had forever, I think I bought it to walk to work when I lived in Kensington! That was at least 13 years ago! Lol its a nice fuzzy winter hat! I needed it today!

Day What?? At The Beadtree Sale!

Ok so this hat is the one that started it all! I said I could not buy another hat and I was convinced to buy just one more and to wear everything I own!
This is from Zsa Zsa Hats, they were at ArtWear 2010 and I love it, my favourite!

Day 8...

So I ended up skipping Saturday and Sunday, although I did wear a hat on Saturday, I didn't take a pic, so I will add it in later.  Here's today's little number:

So I did somewhat of a side view so you can see the cute little velvet tie in the back.  This has an interesting story!  Last Christmas I attended a shopping party at Current (awesome store on 17th Ave) and I saw this hat at the beginning of the night.  I didn't grab it right away and then I had the girls searching the entire store for it later on in the night.  Well, it was totally gone and we thought somebody may have stolen it.  Just when I thought it was hopeless...my good friend and owner of the newly launched Cakewalk Designer Dress Rentals, Ava walked up to the counter with it.  She had it in her hand the entire night and she ended up buying it!  Grrrr....I thought about that hat for awhile and then low and behold, Ava held one of her awesome shopping events and was selling the hat at it.  Turns out the hat did not fit her!  So, I got the hat that I wanted for half the price too! hahaha!  It was worth the wait! Thanks Ava!

Day 7!!

Well here's my Day 7 hat, wore it to go out to lunch. As you can see I'm standing in front of my new California Closet!! I'm so excited!
Anyways, back to the hats. This one I found in a vintage/anitque shop in Edmonton a couple of years while shopping and brunching with Carrie(www.beadtree.net) and Chris.
Its one of my many winter type of hats as it is chilly out there today!

Day 6! Red for Remembrance Day

I got Mike to pick my hat today! Appropriate that is red, please take your minute today to Remember.
I purchased this hat in Vancouver while shopping with my awesome friends Heather and James. We were hanging out on Granville Island after I did an intensive business workshop! Ahhh retail therapy!

Day 4...The Little Black Hat

Well, here is Day 4 of the Challenge. I chose to wear my "little black hat" because the clothing that I chose to wear today warranted something a little less "splashy"! That's why I bought this hat too, to cover up bad hair days and to go with any outfit I chose. I bought this one at the Mexx outlet in Deerfoot Mall...have you been there lately? I hadn't been until last year and I discovered the Mexx Outlet...sweet deal on the hat too, think it was $8.00??

Day 2 and 3 of Hat Challenge

Hi everyone,

So yesterday I wore my Green Bay Packers baseball cap, now I wasn't going to include my ball caps in the challenge, but my Packers hat is important! Here's a pic from the game I went to last year...cuz Football Sunday's I don't sport any hair or makeup...this pic is much better than what I would have taken yesterday! lol

Another thing I wanted to add to this challenge was to tell where I got the hat from...I love good stories, bargains and I love to "treasure hunt" so I will tell you where I got all of the hats from too!

I'll Start from Day 1:

GB Packers Hat-From Swap Meet in Yuma, AZ where my parents live in the winter

Day 3:

Navy Blue Paper Boy Hat (that's what I think of anyways)-Beau Chapeau Hats in Niagara-on-the-Lake during Mike and I's vacation
