Oprah, W Network and Free Bikinis

Happy 2009 everyone!

I know that you are really curious about the title of my blog, so I will get right to it:

First of all Oprah is launching her Best Life Week (and year I think) and I wanted to start this year off as she is, trying to get back to myself and my Best Life. After a very indulgent and wonderful holiday season that took me to Arizona to visit family, golf and relax and then out to Fernie to visit friends, snowboard and pick up Cairo, I have realized that this charmed life does not come without consequences. Many things that we have, buy, do and want are based on money and time, at this point I'm not sure if it is all worth it. I feel like we are always striving to get more and build up our "nestegg" for the future, however stress takes over and we forget who we are and what we need from our lives. I know this is quite the personal topic, however in our lives as business owners, employees, friends, family members, parents etc. I believe we need to think about our Best Life in every aspect of our business and personal lives. Take a little look and let me know what you see, I know 2009 will be very interesting for many people. Make it your Best Life Life.
